Sequence of blood circulation

First, the right atrium contracts and blood with carbon dioxide goes into the right ventricle.

Next, the blood leaves the right ventricle and goes to the lungs.

Then, the blood exchanges carbon dioxide for oxygen in the lungs.

After that, the veins bring the blood with oxygen back to the left atrium.

Following that, the left atrium contracts and blood with oxygen goes into the left ventricle.

Finally, the blood leaves through the left ventricle and goes into the rest of the body.

Stages of pregnancy

First is the stage of fertilisation. This is when the sperm enters an ovum. The cells begin to divide and become the embryo.

The next stage is between 1-3 months. This is when the organs start developing. At two months, the arms and legs begin to grow. The embryo becomes a foetus.

The next stage is between 3-6 months. This is when the foetus continues to grow. A face starts to form. At this stage, it has all its organs.

Finally, the foetus develops fully between 6-9 months. At nine months, the monthers pelvis expands to prepare for birth and the baby is born.
