                        It´s Pancake day!

Always falls on a Tuesday in the month of February or March.

People make pancakes , eat pancakes and do pancake races.

In a pancake race, you have to toss the pancake with a frying pan and run at the same time. 

Activity 3. Recipe for pancakes.

1 - d. You need flour, eggs, oil and milk.

2 - b. Put the flour in a bowl. Add the eggs and about 50ml of milk.

3 - f. Start mixing. Slowly add the rest of the milk and the oil. Mix well to make your pancake batter.

4 - a.Add a spoonful of the pancake batter to a hot frying pan.

5 - e.Cook for a minute. Toss your pancake. Cook the other side.

6 - c. Eat your pancake withh lemon, sugar, chocolate sauce or ice cream.
